Accessing and using our website

Last updated: October 2026
Answersrome Garage Doors wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use answersrome.property. This page describes that aim and our work toward it. The document is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Aim For
Our aim is a site that as many people as possible can use easily. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
In building and updating pages, we try to:
- Arrange headings in a clear order
- Add text descriptions, called alt text, to images that convey meaning
- Use enough contrast between text and background colors
- Allow people to move through the site with a keyboard
- Adapt page layouts to different screen sizes
- Write in short, plain sentences
- Give each form field a label
Gaps That May Remain
Some parts of the site may still fall short of these standards. We may have limited control over outside content, including embedded tools. We regularly check the site and address accessibility problems we find.
Help Through Another Route
If a page or feature is difficult to use, another contact option is available. Request a callback to connect with a provider, or email contact@answersrome.property for help where we can offer it.
Tell Us About a Problem
Reports from visitors help us improve access. Write to contact@answersrome.property with:
- The page or feature involved
- What you attempted and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you can provide those details
We will review your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Accessibility During Updates
Our work on accessibility continues over time. We consider it whenever we update the site.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what your garage door is doing. Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form to ask about an estimate.
