Homeowners contacting Answersrome Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. Please tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to report a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Review

You can raise concerns about:

  • The handling of your phone inquiry or message
  • Our use of your personal information
  • Site wording that seems confusing or incorrect
  • Conduct by a provider you reached through us

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Each is responsible for its quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Tell us about the issue too. Your feedback helps us assess whether providers act honestly. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal from the network. Answersrome Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Email contact@answersrome.property with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if known
  • The provider's name, if available
  • An account of the problem and the result you would like

Our Review Process

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the issue. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.

Asking for Further Review

If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may be another option if the provider holds a license.
